This included special design features such as the piano-style door systems at the restaurant on the main floor, and restoring the original design with new custom doors, windows, and mouldings.

Project Description: The Raymond Renaissance represents the culmination of years of planning the renovation and restoration of a historical resource, the Jensen Raymond Theatre, into a viable and productive mixed-use destination. Originally opened in 1921, the Raymond Theater has undergone a restoration to its exterior. The interior has been transformed into mixed use residential, commercial and retail, pairing with a new building to the south. The two buildings combine to be the Raymond Renaissance. This includes one level condominiums, state house lofts, commercial and creative workspace and ground floor retail.

Project Description: Atop of a bluff overlooking beautiful Lake Sherwood Country Club, is a spectacular estate designed by Landry Design Group. Smith Bros was awarded the contract for all windows, doors, millwork, mouldings, and ceiling details. Additionally, the exterior millwork including decking and custom exterior trim and sash was provided and installed by Smith Bros. Spanning many years, Smith Bros provided excellence with their attention to detail, specialization with many finishes such as mouldings from J.P. Weaver. Every room in this estate shows off the fine work completed by Smith Bros.
